The topic of my senior project is telemarketing. I had alot of fun over the past couple weeks researching an occupation that i find to be pretty interesting. I picked telemarketing because i always wanted to know to different types and how the agents handle a call with a rude person. I learned that when being a telemarketer, you have to be calm and patient at all times. Being a telemarketer is not my dream occupation but it was interesting to research. Going on all the different websites really helped me grasp the whole idea of the telemarketing world. I put all the information together and put together a research paper that I am proud about. There was so much different information from my sources that i wasn't sure on what to put on my project but i used the great mind that a have and came up with a research paper that includes basically an inside look on telemarketing filled with specific details. I had fun researching for my paper and would do it all over again if i had to.
